You will not be able to enter the Awards unless you have filled out the following form up front and returned it to the Australian Bodyboarding Association at info@abatour.com.au. I am aware that big wave surfing is a potentially dangerous sport and I understand that I engage in big wave surfing of all kinds, including that associated with this Award, entirely at my own risk. By participating in this Award, I agree to release ABA, Nomad, Riptide, their agents, subsidiaries, printers, dealers, distributors, advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all losses, harm, damages, rights, claims, costs or expenses, or actions of any kind in connection with the Awards, including without limitation property damage, personal injury or death arising out of participation in the Awards. I hereby agree to allow ABA, Nomad, Riptide and their agents, advertising, promotion and production agencies, to use my likeness in promotion, editorial and advertising presentation, or in any other way connected with the ABA / Nomad Big Wave Awards, without further compensation to me. I have read the Terms and Conditions of the Awards and agree to abide by the final decision of the Awards judging panel and by all decisions made by Awards officials in regard to any and all entries I may make to the Awards.
